Tofu Smoothie Recipe

The Tofu Smoothie blends silken tofu with fresh or frozen fruit like raspberries and mangoes and banana for a creamy, smooth beverage. Adding water or ice adjusts the consistency to preference. It offers a mild, slightly sweet flavor with a smooth texture from the tofu and banana.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fruit we love using raspberries and mangoes, frozen
  • 1 banana see notes, fresh
  • 8 ounces silken tofu
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the ingredients into your blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. If you'd like a thinner smoothie, add a little extra water. 

Notes

  • Frozen bananas may require adding more water to blend smoothly.
  • If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, adding ice cubes helps thicken and chill the smoothie.
