Tofu Smoothie Recipe
The Tofu Smoothie blends silken tofu with fresh or frozen fruit like raspberries and mangoes and banana for a creamy, smooth beverage. Adding water or ice adjusts the consistency to preference. It offers a mild, slightly sweet flavor with a smooth texture from the tofu and banana.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fruit we love using raspberries and mangoes, frozen
- 1 banana see notes, fresh
- 8 ounces silken tofu
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Place the ingredients into your blender and blend on high until smooth.
- If you'd like a thinner smoothie, add a little extra water.
Notes
- Frozen bananas may require adding more water to blend smoothly.
- If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, adding ice cubes helps thicken and chill the smoothie.
