Ingredients

  • 16 ounces tomatoes chopped
  • 4 canned hearts of palm sliced
  • ½ avocado chopped
  • 4 basil leaves thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the tomatoes, hearts of palm, avocado and basil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano and salt.
  3. Stir the dressing into the salad. Serve immediately.
