Ingredients
- 16 ounces tomatoes chopped
- 4 canned hearts of palm sliced
- ½ avocado chopped
- 4 basil leaves thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the tomatoes, hearts of palm, avocado and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano and salt.
- Stir the dressing into the salad. Serve immediately.
