  • 3 tbsp pomegranate juice
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ¾ tbsp. honey
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • ½ tbsp. Za’atar
Salad
  • 500 gms tomato I used Sweet Solano and Kumato, halved, mixed, small sized
  • 100 gms labneh I used my own – click here for the recipe
  • 1/3 cup mint shredded, fresh
  • 2 spring onions sliced
  • 4 tbsp pomegranate arils
