- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¾ tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- ½ tbsp. Za’atar

- 500 gms tomato I used Sweet Solano and Kumato, halved, mixed, small sized

- 1/3 cup mint shredded, fresh
- 2 spring onions sliced
- 4 tbsp pomegranate arils
