Tomato and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 3 heirloom tomato sliced, full sized
- 2 cups cherry tomato cut in half, assorted heirloom
- 10 ounces albacore tuna canned in olive oil
- basil both purple and green, fresh, handful
- sea salt fresh ground, to taste
- black pepper fresh ground, to taste
- olive oil extra virgin, for drizzling
- sherry vinegar or balsamic vinegar, for drizzling
Instructions
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes on a platter, and top with the cherry tomatoes.
- Spoon the tuna and some of the olive oil it's packed in over the tomatoes. Scatter the basil across the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and then drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil and vinegar.
- Enjoy right away.
