Ingredients

  • 2 romaine lettuce heads
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Cut lettuce and mozzarella into bite-size pieces. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Place them in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle the salad with avocado or olive oil. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
  3. Toss all ingredients together and serve.
