- 2 romaine lettuce heads
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp avocado oil

- Cut lettuce and mozzarella into bite-size pieces. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Place them in a large bowl.
