Ingredients

  • 4 tomato diced

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • parsley optional, fresh
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  2. If you wish, you can garnish the tomato salad with freshly chopped parsley.
