  • 2 large tomatoes
  • red bell pepper roasated red bell pepper
  • fresh thyme
  • olive oil

  1. Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes. Arrange one slice of tomato, 1 slice of mozzarella. Top it with roasted bell peppers.
