Tomatoes on Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 lice bread
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 500 g tomato sliced
  • 50 g soft goats cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pinch sea salt and ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Toast 4 slice Bread and spread 2 tablespoon Butter over it.
  2. Add 50 g Soft goats cheese.
  3. Add 500 g Tomato (sliced). Drizzle with 1 tablespoon Olive oil and season with 2 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper.

Notes

  • A drizzle of olive oil makes a real difference to this, but it is optional.
  • Liven the whole dish up with some homemade pesto or balsamic glaze drizzled on top.
  • You can swap the sourdough loaf for bagel to mix things up.
