Ingredients

skewers
  • 2 cups cooked tortellini any variety (I use Three Bridges)
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces small mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup pitted olives black or green
  • 4 gherkin pickles
  • 4 ounces cheese any variety, cubed
dipping sauce
  • Three Bridges Pesto Sauce
  • Three Bridges Marinara Sauce
  • Three Bridges Alfredo Sauce
add-ins
  • crackers
  • deli meat
  • sliced cheese
  • cheese sticks
  • Fruit
  • nuts
  • carrot sticks
  • snap peas

Instructions

  1. Thread the tortellini onto toothpick skewers, alternately with the tomatoes, cheese, deli meats, pickles, and olives.
  2. Arrange in lunch boxes with a small container of one of the dipping sauces, and the add-ins of your choice. Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
