Ingredients

  • tortilla
  • pizza sauce
  • bell pepper
  • sweetcorn
  • onion
  • tomato
  • mozzarella cheese
  • oregano
  • chilli pepper crushed

Instructions

  1. Place a tortilla on a pizza pan then spread on the pizza sauce all over the tortilla
  2. Add on your preferred toppings, followed by mozzarella cheese and a pinch of dried oregano and crushed chillies
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) gas mark 4 for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted
  4. Serve as a quick snack and enjoy!
