Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • pepperoni
  • chopped basil

Instructions

Prep:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble:
  1. Brush the tortillas with olive or spray with cooking spray.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over each tortilla and top with desired toppings.
Bake:
  1. Place the tortilla onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve:
  1. Remove the tortilla pizzas from oven, slice, and serve.
