Ingredients

Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Salad
  • 1/2 pound leaf lettuce finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 1 pound cucumbers coarsely chopped (1/2 inch)
  • 2 pounds tomatoes coarsely chopped (1/2 inch)
  • 2 tablespoons Greek olives
  • 4 ounces feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine all the salad dressing ingredients and mix well.
  2. Combine the lettuce, onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, and salad dressing. Toss to combine.
  3. Garnish with feta and olives.
