Today I’m taking the traditional club sandwich and giving it a MAJOR FACELIFT! Meet the Triple Decker California Club!!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 slices eureka! Organic Bread toasted (use your favorite variety!)
  • 4 deli slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 slices of fresh mozzarella
  • 2 cups alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 avocado peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1-2 ripe tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 6 pieces cooked bacon
  • ¼ pound sliced deli turkey or sliced deli chicken
  • 6 tablespoons store bought pesto

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Layer. Season with salt and pepper, serve with chips / pickles.
  2. Cut into quarters and serve

Notes

  • Feel free to use any homemade pesto you might have or switch it out to a vinaigrette or aioli.
