Today I’m taking the traditional club sandwich and giving it a MAJOR FACELIFT! Meet the Triple Decker California Club!!

Ingredients
- 3-4 slices eureka! Organic Bread toasted (use your favorite variety!)
- 4 deli slices Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 slices of fresh mozzarella
- 2 cups alfalfa sprouts
- 1 avocado peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced lengthwise
- 1-2 ripe tomatoes thinly sliced
- 6 pieces cooked bacon
- ¼ pound sliced deli turkey or sliced deli chicken
- 6 tablespoons store bought pesto
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Layer. Season with salt and pepper, serve with chips / pickles.
- Cut into quarters and serve
Notes
- Feel free to use any homemade pesto you might have or switch it out to a vinaigrette or aioli.
