Tropical Avocado Cocktails
A thick, creamy blended cocktail recipe using AVOCADOS is a funky fresh treat!
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado peeled, California
- 4 cucumber sliced 1/4-inch
- 1/3 cup coconut milk full-fat, canned
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 cup Mango chopped, fresh ripe
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice *
- 4 ounces tequila **
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients for the frozen daquiris to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste for flavor and add more pineapple juice or honey to taste.
- Serve daquiris in glasses rimmed with turbinado sugar.
Notes
- *You can replace the pineapple juice with orange juice or mango juice
- **Or gin or white rum
