Tropical Coconut Smoothie

Smoothies are nutritious and fun for kids of almost any age to help prepare with you, and they're also a great use of any fruit you have laying around that may be overripe and otherwise going to waste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk (canned is fine)
  • 1/3 cup plain or greek yogurt
  • 1 banana (frozen if you want it extra creamy!)
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed (frozen if you want)
  • 2 tablespoons agave or honey
  • hand full of ice (omit if using frozen banana or pineapple)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve.
