Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup Mango fresh or frozen, chunks
- ½ cup coconut water or orange juice
- ¼ cup PLAIN yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
- 1 tablespoon honey optional, or agave syrup
- ½ cup ice cubes
- shredded coconut for garnish, or a mint sprig
Instructions
- Add pineapple chunks, mango chunks, coconut water (or orange juice), yogurt (if using), honey (if desired), and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with shredded coconut or a mint sprig.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
