Tropical Fruit Salad

This tropical fruit salad is a refreshing and vibrant mix of juicy, exotic fruits like mango, pineapple, strawberries, goldenberries, and dragon fruit bursting with bright flavors and natural sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. strawberries sliced or diced
  • 1 lb. fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 Mango diced
  • 1 lb. golden berries washed
  • 2 individual dragonfruit balled
  • toppings optional: fresh lime juice and honey

Instructions

  1. Assemble the salad. Add your chopped strawberries, pineapple, mandarin oranges, kiwi and blueberries to a large bowl.
  2. If you are serving it immediately pour your desired amount of dressing over the top and toss until the salad is fully coated.
  3. If waiting to serve cover the bowl and let your fruit chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. When you're ready to serve, toss the salad in your dressing and serve immediately.
