Tropical fruit smoothie

Easy recipe for a refreshing tropical fruit smoothie made with papaya, banana, pineapple, mango, and orange.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of diced papaya peeled and seeds removed, from about 1 small papaya or ½ large papaya
  • 2 cups of diced pineapple about ½ pineapple
  • 2 bananas peeled and sliced
  • 2 ripe mangos peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ice
  • Optional: sugar/honey if needed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Add ice if desired.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to replace and add/leave out fruits based on your personal tastes and the fruits you have available.
