This fresh and fruity tropical green smoothie is made with mango, pineapple and a little kick of ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Mango (fresh or frozen, cubed)
  • 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen, cubed)
  • 2 inch-piece ginger (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cups dark leafy greens (such as kale, spinach, cilantro, parsley)
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1 cup water
  • ice (to taste)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Add ice to thicken until you've reached desired consistency. Pour between four glasses to serve.
