This Tropical Pineapple Carrot Smoothie blends unsweetened almond-coconut milk, orange juice, frozen pineapple and mango, fresh banana, and peeled chopped carrots. The result is a creamy, fruity smoothie with natural sweetness and vibrant tropical flavors. Adjusting liquid lets you achieve your preferred thickness for a refreshing drink.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond-coconut milk unsweetened
- orange juice or 2-4 TBSP orange juice, juice of 1 orange
- 1 cup pineapple frozen
- ½ cup Mango frozen
- ½ banana fresh
- 2-3 carrot peeled and chopped
- sweeten as desired
Instructions
- Combine ingredients, starting with the liquid first, in your blender.
- Blend for several minutes until the fruit and carrots have blended into a creamy, dreamy, straw-worthy smoothie.
- Depending on preference and blender performance you may want/need to thin the smoothie with a little extra liquid. Adjust until desired thickness is reached.
