Tropical Pineapple Carrot Smoothie

This Tropical Pineapple Carrot Smoothie blends unsweetened almond-coconut milk, orange juice, frozen pineapple and mango, fresh banana, and peeled chopped carrots. The result is a creamy, fruity smoothie with natural sweetness and vibrant tropical flavors. Adjusting liquid lets you achieve your preferred thickness for a refreshing drink.

Description

The Tropical Pineapple Carrot Smoothie combines plant-based milk with orange juice and sweet frozen pineapple and mango chunks, balancing tropical fruit flavors with fresh banana and raw carrots. Starting with liquid in the blender helps achieve smooth consistency when blending the fibrous carrots along with the fruit.

Blending until smooth produces a creamy, pourable beverage that mixes sweetness from fruit with the mild earthiness of carrots. The natural sugars from pineapple, mango, and banana provide flavor and body without added sugar, though sweetener can be added if desired.

This smoothie offers a bright, refreshing option for breakfast or a snack, with a mix of fruit and vegetable nutrition. Using a mix of fresh and frozen fruit keeps it thick and chilled. Rimming the glass with shredded coconut can add texture and complement the flavors.
