  • Juice of 1 orange or 2-4 TBSP orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ a fresh banana
  • 2-3 carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • sweeten as desired

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine ingredients, starting with the liquid first, in your blender.
  2. Blend for several minutes until the fruit and carrots have blended into a creamy, dreamy, straw-worthy smoothie.
  3. Depending on preference and blender performance you may want/need to thin the smoothie with a little extra liquid. Adjust until desired thickness is reached.

Notes

  • Feeling fancy? Rim the glass with unsweetened shredded coconut. I used honey to make mine stick!
  • Using a combination of fresh and frozen fruit keeps this smoothie thick and creamy!
  • * Feel free to use just almond milk or just coconut milk here if that's what you have handy!
