This tropical smoothie is a simple, healthier breakfast idea - just throw it all in a blender and off you go! Made with pineapple, mango and banana.

Ingredients
- 1/4 pineapple cut into chunks
- 1/2 Mango cut into chunks
- 1 banana sliced
- 3 dessert spoons natural yoghurt or a vegan alternative
- 3 Ice cubes omit if using ice cream as an alternative
Instructions
- Cut all your fruit and throw into the blender, along with the yoghurt and ice cubes. Blend until smooth!
- Decorate with a slice of pineapple if you wish.

- Storing leftover smoothie - you can store leftover smoothie (if you happen to double this recipe) in the fridge, in a tight-lidded container. It'll keep for a day before needing to be drank!
- Freezing - you could freeze this smoothie in ice lolly trays for days when the sun really heats up!
