Tropical Smoothie is the perfect blend of mango, pineapple, banana, orange juice, and coconut milk in a rich, creamy, refreshing drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana , very ripe (or 1 cup frozen banana slices)
  • 1/2 cup whole fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. To a high speed blender add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, orange juice and vanilla yogurt.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish the side of the glass with an orange slice, fresh pineapple wedge and stemmed maraschino cherry.
