Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • ½ cup of light coconut milk
  • ½ cup of Greek coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ⅓ cup shredded coconut
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tsp honey more if desired
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine the ice, coconut milk, coconut yogurt, banana, pineapple, shredded coconut, lime, vanilla, and honey together in a blender.
