Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes washed and cut into 1/4-inch sticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup truffle oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • sea salt to taste
  • Fresh cracked pepper to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Toss the potato sticks with olive oil and spread them out on the baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch for even cooking.
  3. Bake the fries in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove the fries from the oven and while they are still hot, transfer them to a large bowl.
  5. Drizzle the truffle oil over the hot fries and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, sea salt, and fresh cracked pepper to the bowl with the fries and toss again until well combined.
  7. Serve the Parmesan Truffle Fries immediately while hot and crispy.
