Ingredients
- 16 ounce box elbow macaroni cooked and drained
- 1 ½ cups frozen peas cooked and cooled
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 2 ribs celery chopped
- 3 hard-boiled eggs chopped
- 3 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 3 (5-ounce) cans Tuna Packed in Water drained
- 15 ounce jar mayonnaise (or 1 2/3 cup)
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Boil elbow macaroni according to package directions, drain and set aside to cool.
- In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, pickle relish, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Whisk to combine.
- Add the macaroni, peas, onion, celery, eggs and tuna to a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the top and stir thoroughly to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
