Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon or yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise (or vegan mayonnaise)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 8 ounce cans freshwater tuna
- 4 cups pasta, cooked
- 1/2 cup carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 cup cucumber, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1 tomato, seeded and diced
Instructions
- Place the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, pour the sauce on top and stir combine.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
