Ingredients

  • 1 lb macaroni elbows, shells, or rigatoni work well for this recipe
  • 2 cans albacore tuna drained, solid white, packed in water
  • 3 talks celery chopped
  • 2 medium tomato chopped
  • 1 medium onion diced
For the dressing
  • ½ cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • ½ cup mayonnaise light
  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • 2 TBS dill pickle juice (remove from pickle jar)
  • ½ TBS ranch seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
Optional garnishes
  • parsley chopped
  • green onion chopped
  • chives chopped

Notes

  • Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for a large crowd. Tuna Pasta Salad should keep for at least 5 days in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
