Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna 5oz), drained
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons celery diced
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle diced
  • 1 egg hard-boiled and chopped, large
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 teaspoons red onion diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill optional, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • lettuce for serving, toasted
  • sourdough bread for serving, toasted
