  • 1 can tuna (5.29 oz, 150 grams) well drained
  • 1 small cucumber diced, seedless
  • 1 carrot peeled and finely diced
  • 1 to 2 talks green onions diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 package seaweed sheets (20 sheets)

Instructions

  1. To a bowl, add the tuna, cucumber, carrot, avocado, mayonnaise, sriracha, green onions, sesame seeds, and salt. Mix to combine.
