Ingredients
- 1 (5 ounce) albacore tuna in olive oil, drained, can
- 1 (14 ounce) cannellini beans drained and rinsed, can
- 1/2 lemon zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced fine
- 2 tablespoons dill minced fresh
- 2 tablespoons parsley fresh, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add all the ingredients and lightly stir to combine.
- Taste the mixture and add more herbs, lemon, or seasoning if needed. If the salad seems dry drizzle in some extra virgin olive oil.
- Serve on bread if desired.
