Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) albacore tuna in olive oil, drained, can
  • 1 (14 ounce) cannellini beans drained and rinsed, can
  • 1/2 lemon zested and juiced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced fine
  • 2 tablespoons dill minced fresh
  • 2 tablespoons parsley fresh, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • bread optional, toasted

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl add all the ingredients and lightly stir to combine.
  2. Taste the mixture and add more herbs, lemon, or seasoning if needed. If the salad seems dry drizzle in some extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Serve on bread if desired.
