Ingredients
- 1 (5 ounce) can Albacore Tuna in olive oil, drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can cannellini beans drained and rinsed
- 1/2 lemon zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup diced fine red onion
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
- Toasted Bread optional
Instructions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add all the ingredients and lightly stir to combine.
- Taste the mixture and add more herbs, lemon, or seasoning if needed. If the salad seems dry drizzle in some extra virgin olive oil.
- Serve on bread if desired.
