Ingredients
- 1 bagel sliced in half, mini
- mayonnaise to taste
- mustard to taste, of choice
- turkey sliced
- sharp cheddar cheese sliced
- tomato sliced
- black pepper to taste, freshly cracked
- dill pickle halved, slice
- arugula handful
- spinach handful
Instructions
- Slice the bagel in half then slather one half with mayonnaise and the other half with mustard of choice.
- Layer the bottom half with the turkey, sharp cheddar, and tomato slice.
- Season with freshly cracked black pepper then top with pickle, arugula, spinach, and bagel top.
- Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy.
