  • 1 bagel sliced in half, mini
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • mustard to taste, of choice
  • turkey sliced
  • sharp cheddar cheese sliced
  • tomato sliced
  • black pepper to taste, freshly cracked
  • dill pickle halved, slice
  • arugula handful
  • spinach handful

Instructions

  1. Slice the bagel in half then slather one half with mayonnaise and the other half with mustard of choice.
  2. Layer the bottom half with the turkey, sharp cheddar, and tomato slice.
  3. Season with freshly cracked black pepper then top with pickle, arugula, spinach, and bagel top.
  4. Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy.
