Ingredients

  • 2 ciabatta rolls
  • sliced turkey
  • Provolone *of cheese of your choosing
  • 1 avocado *mashed
  • 1 tomato *sliced
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 4 bacon slices *cooked/crumbled

Instructions

  1. Cut rolls in half.
  2. On one side of the roll, place a slice of cheese, sliced turkey, and tomato.
  3. On the other side of the roll, spread the mashed avocado.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on top of avocado.
  5. Add some crumbled bacon on top and place two sides of rolls together to create a sandwich.
  6. Place sandwiches on preheated panini press and allow to cook for about 5 minutes.
  7. *If you do not have a panini press, you can spread a light layer of butter on the outside of the sandwiches and cook them in a skillet, over medium heat.
