Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup dry whole-wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and sea salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
  4. Form the turkey mixture into 4 equal-sized patties and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake the patties in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the juices run clear.
