Turkey, Cranberry, and Cream Cheese on Toasted Ciabatta

Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta roll
  • cream cheese
  • cranberry jelly
  • turkey breast sliced, roasted
  • lettuce
  • tomato sliced
  • salt to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
  • black pepper to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Toast the ciabatta in the oven or toaster oven until golden brown.
  2. Spread a bit of cream cheese on both halves of the ciabatta roll. On the bottom portion of the roll, spoon some cranberry sauce on top of the cream cheese followed by turkey, lettuce, and tomato slices.
  3. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Top with the remaining roll half. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
