Turkey Cranberry Sliders
These Turkey Cranberry Sliders are my favorite way to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey! Sweet Hawaiian rolls are topped with leftover turkey, melty cheese, and cranberry sauce, then coated in a dijon mustard butter sauce. They are incredibly delicious and quick and easy to make, too!

Ingredients
- 1 package of 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 10 ounces sliced turkey breast meat
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 6 slices of cheese provolone, havarti, or swiss
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Without separating the rolls, cut the entire pack in half lengthwise using a bread knife. Place the bottom layer in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the sliced turkey meat over the top, followed by the cranberry sauce, then the slices of provolone cheese. Finally place the top layer of rolls back on top.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion.
- Pour the butter mixture over the top of the rolls and use a brush to spread the butter and seasonings evenly over the top.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 3-5 more minutes, uncovered, until the tops of the rolls are golden brown.

Notes
- Use ham instead of turkey. This recipe also works perfectly for leftover ham or even roast beef!
- Use whole berry cranberry sauce. Canned or homemade is fine, just try to avoid using jellied cranberry sauce. It melts and doesn't hold shape well when the sliders are baked.
- Add some stuffing. If you have leftover stuffing, you can add a layer to the sliders! Add it either before or after you add the cranberry sauce; just make sure the sliced cheese is the last layer.
- Store any leftover turkey sliders in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
