Ingredients

  • 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls OR any dinner rolls
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing
  • ½ pound cooked turkey breast shredded or thinly sliced
  • 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce
  • 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 6 Tablespoons salted butter melted
  • ½ Tablespoon honey mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ Tablespoon dried minced onion
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons fresh minced chives

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom halves, cut side up, in the prepared baking dish.
  2. Spread the stuffing evenly over the cut side up rolls. Lay the turkey evenly over the stuffing. Add the slices of Mozzarella cheese in an even layer over the turkey. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the cheese. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  3. Whisk the melted butter, honey mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and dried minced onion together in a small bowl. Generously brush across the tops of the sliders.
  4. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the sliders are warmed through and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove foil and bake for another couple minutes to just slightly brown the tops. Watch closely! Remove from the oven and garnish with the poppy seeds and chives. Serve warm and enjoy!
