Ingredients

  • 16 ounces turkey , sliced or leftover turkey
  • 8 slices thick sandwich bread
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 8 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 8 slices havarti cheese
  • 1 granny smith apple , cored and thinly sliced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Toast sandwich bread.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of bread slices.
  3. Layer with lettuce, turkey, spicy brown mustard, Havarti cheese and Granny Smith apple.
  4. Top with second slice of toasted bread.
  5. Press down gently and serve.
