Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1/4 yellow onion , minced
- 1/4 cup parsley , chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary , minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix ground turkey, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, black pepper, oregano, rosemary, egg, and breadcrumbs until just combined.
- Shape mixture into 1 inch balls.
- Add vegetable oil into large heavy skillet on medium-high heat.
- Cook the turkey meatballs in small batches for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce and pasta.
