Turkey Pinwheels

These greens-filled turkey pinwheels come together easily for a packed lunch, afterschool snack, or as a party appetizer. It only takes a few minutes to put together with a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • ¾ cup cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 8 lices turkey deli meat thinly sliced (about 4 oz per serving)
  • 2 cup tender greens

Instructions

  1. Spread ¼ of the cream cheese across a tortilla.
  2. Place two slices (or more) of turkey on one half of the tortilla.
  3. Place the greens over the sliced turkey.
  4. Roll the pinwheel from the turkey covered side, using both hands and rolling tightly and tucking the greens into the roll as you go.
  5. Cut the roll into 6 and place them into an airtight container in the fridge if not serving immediately. Repeat with the other 3 tortillas.
