Ingredients
- 2 large tortillas
- 6-8 lices turkey deli meat
- 6-8 lices Swiss cheese
- 1 tomato
- 2-4 leaves lettuce
- 1/2 avocado
- 2-4 lices cooked bacon
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, mayo, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of the sauce on each tortilla.
- Top with 3-4 slices of cheese, 3-4 slices of deli meat, 1-2 slices cooked bacon, 1/4 cut into slices avocado, 1-2 lettuce leaves, and 2 slices tomato. Lightly season tomatoes and lettuce with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the tortilla like a burrito.
- Place the wrap in a sandwich/panini press until warm (optional).
- Cut in half and enjoy!

Notes
- This wrap also tastes great with ranch dressing, but it's a little bit better with honey mustard.
