Turkey Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 6-8 lices turkey deli meat
  • 6-8 lices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 2-4 leaves lettuce
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2-4 lices cooked bacon
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, mayo, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Top with 3-4 slices of cheese, 3-4 slices of deli meat, 1-2 slices cooked bacon, 1/4 cut into slices avocado, 1-2 lettuce leaves, and 2 slices tomato. Lightly season tomatoes and lettuce with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap the tortilla like a burrito.
  5. Place the wrap in a sandwich/panini press until warm (optional).
  6. Cut in half and enjoy!

Notes

  • This wrap also tastes great with ranch dressing, but it's a little bit better with honey mustard.
  • Calories = 1 wrap (1/2 of the recipe). This is only an estimate!
