Ingredients
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ tsp oregano dried
- ¾ tsp cumin
- ¾ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp sumac
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- 1 dash cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a jar and shake to combine.

- To use as a marinade for meats:Add 3 tablespoons olive oil to a bowl and add 2 tablespoons Turkish seasoning. Stir well until combined then pour over chicken, beef or shrimp.Allow to marinate for 2-3 hours before grilling.This is great for beef kebabs.
