Turkish Seasoning Blend

My Turkish seasoning recipe is all you will need to create great Turkish dishes, marinate meats, sprinkle on vegetable or rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp oregano dried
  • ¾ tsp cumin
  • ¾ tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp sumac
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar and shake to combine.

Notes

  • To use as a marinade for meats:Add 3 tablespoons olive oil to a bowl and add 2 tablespoons Turkish seasoning. Stir well until combined then pour over chicken, beef or shrimp.Allow to marinate for 2-3 hours before grilling.This is great for beef kebabs.
