Ingredients

  • 3 medium stalks of carrot washed peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 ½ cups of chopped oranges
  • 1 ½ cups of coconut water
  • 1- inch fresh ginger grated (about ½ teaspoon)
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil
